Your order will be delivered through a Registered Courier Service to the address provided in your order. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected in cash by the courier at the time of delivery.

Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 working days from the order date. However, during holiday seasons or mega sales events, delivery may take up to 9 working days.

A flat shipping fee of Rs.250 will be applied to all orders.
Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and their is no COD Policy.

No, packages cannot be opened without first making the payment. However, if the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request an exchange.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 4 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
