Exchange Policy

- Reach out to our Customer Service team by calling +92 3702463989 between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, or email us at info@topmanshoes.com with images of the defective product.
- In-Store Exchange
Physical returns are not available. Please courier your parcel to the given address and send the receipt via WhatsApp or email within 15 days for an exchange or return.
- The items are unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- You present the original invoice
- Please note: Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange.
Exclusions
- No exchange for accessories.
- Items purchased on sale or promotions are final and cannot be exchanged.
- Variations in color or texture due to monitor settings or photoshoot lighting will not be accepted as reasons for exchange.
- Exchanges are only allowed for manufacturing defects.
Refund Policy
- We do not offer cash refunds. For out-of-stock items, an online store coupon will be issued, valid for 1 month.
How to Exchange
Option 1: By Courier
- Please courier your parcel to the given address.
- Ensure the product is unused, tags are intact, and the receipt is included.
- Please email or WhatsApp the receipt.
- Note: This option is only applicable for damaged or incorrect items sent by TOPMANSHOE.
Important Notes
- Exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase.
- Products bought online can only be exchanged online.
- For online exchanges: Customers must ship items back via a trackable courier.
- Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged.
- The exchange price will match the product’s price at the time of exchange.

- Products must be unused, with all tags intact and the purchase invoice included.
- For size or color exchanges, customers must send the item back via courier.
